Well, I guess I’m just a photographer who simply loves getting out with a camera, no matter what the subject is.

I first picked up a camera around 25 years ago straight away I found I enjoyed capturing moments in time and the creativity of getting “the shot”.

I used to call myself a “landscape” photographer but in reality, I’ll photograph anything! You’ll see in my portfolio section there’s a bit of everything, astro, landscape, wildlife and abstract.

In the last 5 years, I’ve changed from a person who didn’t really do hiking or walking, to someone who is now itching to get out into the hills and find new places and new routes! I’ve also hiked two marathons along the Northumberland Coast and part of the South Devon Coastal Path, hardest walk to date but also absolutely stunning!

I wouldn’t have imagined being fit or able to do these if it hadn’t been for photography and more importantly, the simply beautiful and outstanding county of Northumberland.
