Everything you need to know about ordering prints, buying gift vouchers, and booking a workshop.
Shipping
We ship to the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, the US, and Canada.
Delivery takes up to 14 working days from when your order is printed. Shipping within the UK is free. A flat shipping fee applies for Europe & Canada or the US - you'll choose your delivery region and see the exact fee before paying - unless your order totals £100 or more, in which case shipping to any of these regions is free too.
Prints up to 200mm (UK) or A4 (EU/US) ship flat; larger prints are rolled in a protective tube to keep them safe in transit.

Returns & Cancellations
Changed your mind, or need to fix something?
Every print is made to order once you've checked out, but nothing goes to print immediately - get in touch by email before we release your order for printing and we can amend it or cancel it for a full refund.
Arrived damaged or broken?
Please take photos of the damaged item and email northernpixl@gmail.com. We'll investigate and resolve it by sending a free replacement - a cash refund isn't available once an order has been printed.
Gift vouchers
Valid for 12 months from purchase and can be spent in parts - any balance left after an order stays on the code until it's used or expires. Vouchers themselves aren't refundable or exchangeable for cash.
Workshop Cancellations
Workshops are booked by email enquiry and confirmed directly - there's no deposit taken online at the moment.
- Cancel more than 24 hours before your workshop: full refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours of your workshop: a £50 fee is deducted from your refund.
- Cancelled by us due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control: full refund.
