Fox in the Brambles
From £32.00
A red fox holds still and stares straight down the lens from cover, close enough to see every whisker. Foxes are as common in Northumberland's hedgerows as anywhere in Britain, but rarely this willing to hold a gaze.

The red fox is Britain's only wild dog-family predator, equally at home in city back gardens and open countryside, and one of the most vocal British mammals - its calls range from sharp barks to the eerie, scream-like call most often heard on winter nights during the breeding season. Its hearing is sharp enough to pick up a small rodent moving under snow or leaf litter.
